Contact us for a return-shipping label or send the product back via your preferred, traceable shipping method to the address listed below. If you choose to use our easy-return label, $5.00 will be deducted from your credit.

If you feel you have received an item that is defective, please contact our customer care team with a photograph so we can get you a replacement as soon as possible.
