That’s why we offer a simple, free, one-time exchange policy per purchase. Please contact us if you want to exchange your customized shoe for a different product and we will exchange your product at no cost to you*. Not sure about your size? We are here to help! Reach out to our customer care team so we can help you select the right size.

Did you only order a white, non-customized product? No problem- we accept returns and offer refunds for any non-customized shoe! Contact us for a return-shipping label or send the product back via your preferred, traceable shipping method to the address listed below. If you choose to use our easy-return label, $5.00 will be deducted from your credit.

We do our very best to ensure each item that is shipped out is free from any defect. If you feel you have received an item that is defective, please contact our customer care team with a photograph so we can get you a replacement as soon as possible. We will do our best to make sure your replacement is shipped out within one business day of receiving your complaint.
