Return Policy for Dyed Shoes
We offer a free, one-time exchange per dyed shoe purchase for any reason. You are responsible for shipping costs of the return. Please note that because each shoe is made custom for you, we will not be able to provide a refund for any purchase. All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 45 days of original order date.
Not sure of your size or the style and want to try on a pair? Choose our "Try Before You Buy" option on any dyeable item for an extra non-refundable $10. This service will allow you try the shoes on, send the shoes back to be dyed and shipped back to you for free.
Please note, Dyeables is not responsible for determining the dyeability of shoes sent in to utilize our dye service that are not the Dyeables brand propuct. We always do our best to determine whether shoes are truly dyeable before dyeing, but sometimes it is impossible to know until the dye is applied.
Return Policy for Non-Dyed Shoes
White satin shoes that are not dyed and products stocked in a manufactured color may be returned for a full refund, less the $10 try-before-you-buy fee. You are responsible for shipping costs of the return. Returns with multiple items will be subject to a flat 10% restocking fee. Returns must be initiated within 45 days of original order date.
We guarantee to ship out your order within 2 days of purchase for all un-dyed and standard-color orders. Custom colors may take additional time. Pleaes indicate the event date with all custom color orders. The Dyeables website will provide you with tracking information via email once the shoes are shipped. Our warehouse is located in Somersworth, NH which is normally 2-4 business days shipping to the lower 48 states.
Dyeables will ship orders for international customers. Please contact our sales team by email or phone to arrange for payment of extra shipping costs.
